Overview
Fleur is also translated as Soufflé. It is a cooking method originating from France. This special cooking method uses egg yolks and different ingredients mixed with beaten egg whites. The baked texture is light and fluffy. Watching it expand and grow taller in the oven, it feels amazing~

Grease the mold with butter.

Dip a layer of sugar evenly (the amount of white sugar in the main ingredient is not included in the next step)

Heat the butter to soften it.

Sift in cake flour and milk.

Heat over low heat and stir.

After the batter has cooled, beat in two egg yolks.

Beat the egg whites into a water-free and oil-free basin and add a little white vinegar.

Add the white sugar in three batches and beat until dry peaks form.

Pour in the egg yolk paste.

Pour into the mold about eight full.

Preheat the oven with upper and lower heat + hot air circulation to 160 degrees for about 18 minutes.
