Peel and wash potatoes.

Cut into half-centimeter square strips and soak in water for 10 minutes.

Remove and drain the water.

Heat oil in wok. When it's 5 minutes hot, add the potato strips. Flip it up and down and fry until the outer skin is slightly hard and cooked through. About 5 minutes or so.

Fish out. Squeeze on the tomato sauce and arrange the cherry tomatoes.
