Steps
-
Knead the medium dough ingredients into a dough, knead it evenly, cover it with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place to ferment
-
The medium-sized dough is fermented until it is 3-4 times the size of the original dough.
-
Put milk, eggs, whipping cream, sugar, and salt into the bread machine bucket. Then tear the medium-sized dough into small pieces and put them into the bucket
-
Add flour and yeast to start the kneading process
-
Knead until the surface of the dough is smooth, about 15 minutes, add small pieces of softened butter, and continue the kneading process
-
Knead until the dough expands and the film can be easily pulled out with your hands.
-
The dough begins to rise for a second time until it doubles in size.
-
Take out the dough and knead to deflate it.
-
Divide into 3 dough pieces of about 170g each.
-
Roll the dough into a long strip
-
Roll up tightly from one end.
-
Place into the toast mold and spray a little water on the surface.
-
After the third fermentation, until the toast box is 8 or 9 minutes full, close the lid and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes.
-
After the toast is baked, it needs to be removed from the oven immediately
-
Place on grill to cool naturally.
-
Once cooled completely, cut into slices with a serrated bread knife and seal.
