Spicy Bullfrog Hotpot
Overview
There were a lot of things that Geng didn't eat before, but he gradually started to accept them under my various coercion and inducements. Bullfrog is one of them. As long as I can convince him to try it, he will fall in love with it. Now he asks to make bullfrog every now and then. I have tried some other cooking methods, but his favorite is still the slightly spicy bullfrog pot. However, he still doesn’t like to eat mushrooms, so it seems he needs to use his brain to change this too.

Prepare the ingredients.

Shred onions, slice potatoes, and lettuce.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions.

Add potatoes and lettuce and stir-fry for ten seconds.

Add the enoki mushrooms, stir-fry them all and set aside.

Add cooking oil to the pot, stir-fry peppercorns and ginger slices.

Add chili sauce and stir-fry seafood sauce over low heat until fragrant.

Add the bullfrog that has been cleaned and cut into small pieces.

Add some cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce and stir well.

Place the fried bullfrog on top of the fried vegetables, add some coriander, cook it on the stove with alcohol and enjoy while heating it!
