Honey Pickled Lemon
Overview
It is good to drink more water in summer, but it is boring to drink boiled water all day long. I just brought some local honey from a friend’s house and bought some lemons to pickle. It tastes sour and sweet and can whiten skin. Isn’t lemon cup very popular now? Put some prepared lemons in a water cup and take it with you when you go out. It will definitely be cool~(

Prepare two fresh lemons.

Rinse, rub the surface of the lemon with salt, and rinse again.

Prepare a clean bottle, scald it with boiling water, and pour a spoonful of honey at the bottom of the bottle

Add a slice of lemon.

Just like this, one layer of lemon and one layer of honey are kept filling the bottle.

Put it in the refrigerator for about three days, shaking it gently a few times to mix the honey and lemonade evenly.

When drinking, use clean chopsticks to pick up two pieces, add boiling water at about 80 degrees, and add a little honey to taste if it is not sweet.
