Braised Potatoes and Dried Pumpkins
Overview
This is home-dried pumpkin, which means washing and slicing fresh pumpkin and drying it in the sun. It is reserved for winter when there are fewer vegetables. The braised dried pumpkin potatoes are soft in the mouth, and the dried pumpkin is soft and has... haha! Come and taste it yourself!

Soak dried pumpkin in warm water for a while
