Overview
I went to a restaurant before and tasted braised saury with ribs. I always wanted to try the technique. I cleaned out the refrigerator and found that there were still some ribs. The saury in the market was also good. I bought a saury and grilled it together.

Cut fresh saury into sections and feed with cooking wine, chopped green onion, and pepper powder for 20 minutes.
