Roasted Cauliflower with Tempeh and Bacon
Overview
It is said that cauliflower is a first-class anti-cancer vegetable and is suitable for regular consumption. My husband is sick and can't eat all kinds of food. Plus, he has a picky taste, so there isn't much to eat. Today I tried to make this roasted cauliflower with black bean sauce and bacon for him. It is convenient and delicious, and adds two more bowls of rice.
