Steamed Pork Ribs with Cordyceps Flower
Overview
Cordyceps flower is rich in nutrients and can nourish lung yin, kidney yin, strengthen the spleen and stomach. Paired with pork ribs, it is delicious and rich in texture.

Minced garlic, tangerine peel. Chop into pieces and set aside

Set aside corn kernels.

Wash the pork ribs and drain the water. Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn starch, minced garlic, tangerine peel and peanut oil. Let it soak for ten minutes to get the flavor.

Soak Cordyceps flower in hot water and set aside.

Submerge the ribs and cover with cordyceps flowers and corn kernels.

Boil the water and steam for about ten minutes. (Fire)

Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
