Colorful fresh vegetable bacon pizza
Overview
It’s been a while since I’ve made pizza, so I’ll take advantage of the weekend to make next week’s breakfast at once, so that I can stay in bed for an extra ten minutes every day. In this cold winter, ten minutes of warm quilt is better than anything else.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the flour, flour, milk, olive oil, sugar, salt and yeast into the bread machine and knead the dough. I used three dough kneading programs.
-
Put the mixed noodles in a basin, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment in a pot with hot water until doubled in size. It took me an hour and a half.
-
Take out the fermented dough and knead it with hands to deflate, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes.
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thin dough on the inside and thick on the outside. About the same size as a pizza mold.
-
Brush pizza mold with light oil.
-
Place the base into the pizza mold and arrange slightly. Put it in the oven with a large bowl of hot water for about 40 minutes.
-
Prepare the filling. Chop green peppers and onions into coarse dices, dice carrots and corn kernels and cook them in water, and chop bacon into coarse dices.
-
After the second baking, use a fork to prick the bottom of the cake evenly to prevent bubbling during baking.
-
Brush with tomato sauce.
-
Sprinkle some grated cheese.
-
Sprinkle the vegetable cubes evenly.
-
Sprinkle with bacon bits.
-
Sprinkle enough grated cheese on top.
-
Brush the edges of the cake with egg wash.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in advance, place on a baking sheet, bake on the penultimate layer for 15 minutes, then turn to the second layer and bake for 3 minutes until golden spots appear on the surface of the cheese.
-
When it comes out of the oven, the aroma of sesame is overflowing.

It’s so tempting, it’s hard for me to lose weight and resist the temptation!
