Steak with black pepper salad
Overview
Usually steaks are made with black pepper sauce. This time I used Kewpie black pepper flavored salad. Hmm. . . . It tastes good. . . .

The steak melts.

Put it in a safe bag and use a rolling pin to loosen it.

Add chopped onion, pepper and wine, stir well and marinate for about 30 minutes.

Chop onions, bell peppers, and zucchini.

Melt butter in a pan.

Add marinated steak.

Fry over medium heat until both sides change color and place vegetables on the side until soft.

Put butter in the pot, add minced onions and stir-fry until fragrant, add light soy sauce, a little water, black pepper salad, salt and bring to a boil to remove the water and starch.

Put the steak and vegetables on a plate, add the sauce, and serve with rice.
