Prepare cake ingredients.

First put the egg yolks and egg whites separately in a water-free and oil-free basin.

Add 20 grams of sugar, milk and salad oil to the egg yolks and mix well

Sift the low-gluten flour and add in, mix well and set aside

Add 3/1 of the meringue into the egg yolk batter and stir evenly

Then put the stirred egg yolk batter into 3/2 of the meringue

Mix well

Put the cake batter into the cake mold and bake it in Dongling oven DL-K32H, with the upper tube at 120 degrees and the lower tube at 130 degrees for 60 minutes.

Turn the baked cake upside down and let it dry

Use a bread knife to cut the cake into a heart shape (if you have a heart-shaped grinder, just bake it directly in the grinder and cut it with a knife, it’s so cruel)

Spread the chocolate sauce on parchment paper, cool and divide into 2*6cm rectangular pieces
