Microwave version of French black pepper grilled chicken legs

Overview

August 22, sunny. It’s very hot in Chongqing on weekends. In the past, I often used the microwave to make Orleans grilled wings, garlic grilled chicken legs and other delicacies, which was simple and convenient. I made this a few days ago, grilled chicken legs with black pepper, microwave version, very simple. You can also use this method to roast Orleans, garlic, honey spicy and other flavors.

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Wash the chicken legs, use a toothpick or a fork to insert a small amount of holes, or use a knife to score a few lines on the surface to facilitate the flavor. Use 35-40 grams of marinade for every 500 grams of meat, and mix thoroughly. After washing the chicken legs, there will be residual moisture, which is enough to dissolve the marinade. (Ashamed, I forgot to take a photo at this step, so I had to use the photo I took when I was making Orleans roasted chicken legs instead. It’s okay if everyone knows the meaning O(∩_∩)O))

  3. Take out the marinated chicken legs and put them in the microwave, using the light microwave mixing setting, for 8 minutes. (My microwave oven has a light wave microwave mixing function. If it does not have a light wave function, you can bake it on high heat, but you need to adjust the baking time according to the power of your microwave oven.)
