First we review the material. The avocado must be ripe and then split and set aside.
-
Heat a pot of water, add 2 teaspoons of sea salt, put the macaroni in, and cook for 8-10 minutes depending on your taste preference. Remember to stir the hot water with a spoon from time to time to make sure it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot.
-
On the other side, put 3/4 of the avocado, yogurt, garlic (peeled), 1 tablespoon avocado oil, Alaska pink salt and freshly ground pepper into a blender/food processor and puree until smooth.
-
This will result in a puree. You can choose to scoop out half of it, and then add an appropriate amount of Sriracha hot sauce to the remaining half and stir evenly.
-
Finally, place the prepared avocado (spicy) sauce, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced avocados on the drained macaroni, and then add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and black pepper. It will become a healthy tool to fight the heat and hunger this summer!
