Chicken roasted fruit
Overview
The cute little chicken-roasted confectionery is so cute that others can’t bear to eat it. After finishing one batch, make another batch. Seeing these chubby chicks, I was so cute ^_^

Mix the egg yolk condensed milk thoroughly.

Add flour and baking powder and mix well to form a smooth dough.

Wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.

Take out the chilled dough and divide it into 20g portions. Take a portion of the dough and flatten it with your hands into a round shape. Pinch the bean paste into a 10-gram portion and seal it tightly.

Roll into a round shape with the seam facing downwards.

Pinch out the chicken shape and complete it. Complete the rest of the dough in the same way.

Place the shaped chicken dough on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 10 minutes.

Place the chicken noodle dough into the middle rack of the oven and bake it at 170 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Prepare about 10 grams of chocolate and melt it in water. (It turns out I had a little too much)

Use a toothpick dipped in chocolate to make out the eyes and wings of the chicken to complete.

Finished product. A bunch of cute chicks.
