Rich milk-flavored pork buns
Overview
Rich milk flavored steak buns. Because of the addition of milk, condensed milk, milk powder, and butter, this bread has a particularly rich milk flavor and a particularly soft texture.

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine. Use room temperature egg whites for the egg whites here. Start the dough kneading program and select 30 minutes.

Add room temperature butter and select the dough program again.

Take out the dough and mixing knife. Divide the dough into 8 portions, roll them all into balls and rest for 10 minutes.

Roll the dough into a tongue shape

Roll up.

Pour everything into the bread machine, cover it with a wet cloth, select the yogurt fermentation function, and ferment for one and a half hours.

Mix the egg yolk and a spoonful of water evenly and brush it on the bread dough.

Select Bake for 30 minutes.
