Stir-fried coriander with golden needles
Overview
I remember that my mother and aunt loved coriander when they were little. They couldn’t get enough of the seasoning, so they used it for stir-frying. So my sister and I also fell in love with the rich aroma~~ It happened that the neighbor’s aunt sent her home-grown coriander, which is fresh, green and healthy. Let’s stir-fry it right away to enjoy it😋

Tear the enoki mushrooms into thin strands, soak in light salt water for 15 minutes, rinse and drain and set aside

Wash and cut coriander into sections

Heat oil in a pan

Pour in the enoki mushrooms

Add pepper powder and light soy sauce

Stir-fry over high heat until cooked

Pour in the coriander
