When the corn is cooked, remove the corn kernels; prepare other ingredients.

Place the corn kernels into a larger cooking bowl.

Add milk, milk powder, cornstarch, salt and mix well.

Pour the mixed corn kernels into the non-stick frying pan and press evenly until firm.

Turn on low heat and slowly form tortillas.

Pour vegetable oil to cover the tortillas and fry slowly.

When both sides of the tortilla are golden brown, press it with a spatula to drain the oil, then remove from the pan and place on a plate.
