Shredded Chicken Noodles

[How to make noodles with shredded chicken oil] 1. Add water to the pot, add chicken breast, ginger, pepper, aniseed, and salt and cook for 8 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer. After cooling, tear into shreds. 2. Boil the noodles until they are 8 mature, put them in cold water and drain them. 3. While the noodles are cooking, cut the persimmons into cubes, mince the garlic, and chop the green onions. 4. Put the noodles on a plate, add persimmon dices, chopped green onion and minced garlic, pour chicken juice, a little vinegar, some seafood soy sauce, a few drops of mustard oil and a few peppercorns. Pour in hot oil and mix well.
