Minced Pork and Pickled Beans
Overview
When the cowpeas come out in the summer, I pickle a lot of kimchi and freeze them in the refrigerator. Now I can make up for the shortcomings of vegetables that are out of season. The sour beans are an appetizer for rice and breakfast, and they are a good choice with rice porridge and steamed buns
