Fried yam balls
Overview
When I was a child, potatoes were the main dish throughout the winter. They were eaten stir-fried, stewed, or steamed like what I made today. At that time, the yam balls were not treated like they are now. They were steamed into ball-like shapes, mixed with some pickled vegetable soup, put in some pickles, and drizzled with the chopped green onion oil fried by my mother. Don’t miss out on the delicious ones! Now that I have grown up, got married, and my husband likes to eat it, I have improved it and turned it into a deluxe version!
