Dissolve the yeast powder with warm water, add 2 tablespoons of salad dressing to the flour, add a little milk and mix well, knead the flour into a dough and leave it in a warm place to rise (about an hour)

While the dough is rising, prepare the pizza ingredients.

Cut the various vegetables in (2) above and set aside.

After the dough is ready, use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a pancake. Roll up the edges. Brush oil on the base of the electric pan. Place the pancake in the pan and use a toothpick to poke a small hole in the middle of the pan

Brush the pancake with tomato sauce.

Sprinkle cheese, celery, onions, carrots, Cantonese sausage, bacon and ham in sequence, and sprinkle a layer of cheese on top. (I don’t have enough cheese at home, so I put less. The more cheese, the better)

After everything is done, cover it with a transparent pot lid. Do not use the top cover of the electric pan, otherwise the cheese will be mushy and stick to the top cover.

It will be ready in about 20 minutes (discharge the baking pan for 5 minutes, after the cake bottom is formed, I take it out and put it in the microwave and bake it for 5 minutes with the grill button, take it out and put it in the baking pan for about 8 minutes)
