Red-skinned potatoes, I only use red-skinned potatoes at home, the taste is no different from yellow-skinned potatoes.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.

Add flour, cornstarch, eggs, peppercorns, five-spice powder, and salt and stir.

Mix into a paste, add some water if it is too dry.

Heat oil in a pan and spread potato pancakes.

Use medium-low heat, turn over from time to time, and fry on both sides until golden brown, about 5 to 6 minutes.

After the potato pancakes are cooked, sprinkle chili powder on the surface.

Use a spatula to apply hot oil and pour in the chili noodles to let the chili peppers release their aroma. Turn off the heat and drain the oil.
