-
After the program ends, add butter and start another dough mixing program for 20 minutes
-
Knead until complete and place in a bread barrel to ferment until the dough doubles in size
-
After the dough has risen, take out the air and roll it into a rectangular shape
-
Cut into quarters and cut into four long strips
-
To make condensed milk sauce, melt 20 grams of butter in the spreading ingredients, add 20 grams of condensed milk and mix well
-
Spread condensed milk sauce on each strip (don’t coat all of it, leave a little for later coating on the surface)
-
Then fold them up one on top of another like an Arhat
-
Then use the bracket to cut into 8 equal portions
-
Spread a thin layer of butter into an 8-inch chimney mold, stand up 8 equal portions of dough and place them vertically against the chimney into the mold
-
Cover with plastic wrap
-
Continue to ferment until doubled in size
-
Preheat the oven to 185° and spread the condensed milk sauce on the surface of the bread
-
Sprinkle some dried blueberries on top
-
Place the bread into the preheated oven. Adjust the temperature to 180° and bake the middle and lower layers for 30 minutes (adjust the baking time depending on the coloring). After baking, take it out and let it sit for a while before unmoulding it, then store it in a plastic bag
-
When ready to eat, just sift a thin layer of powdered sugar
-
I tore it piece by piece with my hands and ate it, it was so delicious that I couldn’t stop eating it. . .
