Egg Salad Sandwich
Overview
Egg salad is made of eggs, cucumbers, cherries, radish, salad dressing, etc. Spread homemade egg salad on slices of bread to make it a nutritious and filling breakfast, full of energy. Using the egg steaming function of the toaster, you can steam the whole egg in just a few minutes, which is very convenient and fast. This is a breakfast for two people. My kids like the toast slices to be golden brown and crispy, but I like the light color. There are 5 levels to choose as you like.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Use the oven to make a milk toast.
-
Prepare the ingredients for egg salad. Wash the cherries and radishes and drain them.
-
Use the steel pin at the bottom of the measuring cup provided with the toaster to poke a small hole in the large end of the egg to prevent it from exploding during steaming.
-
Fill the heating plate with an appropriate amount of water, place the eggs on the egg-cooking plate, and cover with a transparent lid. Press the "Omelette" button and the egg steamer starts to work.
-
Peel the hard-boiled eggs, cut into small pieces, add salad dressing and mix evenly.
-
Add sliced cherry radish and diced cucumber.
-
Add black pepper and mix well to make egg salad.
-
Insert the toast slices into the toast slot, pull the color slider to select the desired burning color, press the "Toast" button, and gently press the push bar down to the lower end.
-
When the time is up, the bread slices will pop up automatically and baking will be completed. This bread slice is on the 2nd level and takes about 1 minute to bake.
-
I like setting 1 for light color and bake for about 1 minute.
-
Spread egg salad on top of bread slices.
-
Cover with another slice of toasted bread.
-
Just cut it diagonally.
