Overview
It is said that this white bread is popular in Japan. I slightly modified the recipe. Unlike ordinary bread, the finished product is baked at a low temperature and is really soft. It is also low in oil and sugar and does not contain eggs. It is definitely a good choice for people who are afraid of obesity and the elderly.
