This dish is an improved dish of garlic baby cabbage. Adding fried and crispy dried dried shrimps makes the baby cabbage more delicious

Wash baby cabbage, cut into four pieces

Bring a pot of water to a boil, quickly blanch the baby cabbage in the pot, remove and drain, and set aside
