Place the dough until it becomes 1.5 times the size and forms a honeycomb shape

Use a small amount of water, melt a small spoonful of baking soda, spread the soda water evenly on the dough with your hands, knead the dough to make bubbles, and cut it into shapes as shown in the picture. You can also shape it yourself after cutting it. After cutting, let it rise for ten minutes and steam for about 15 minutes. Lift the lid of the pot and take a look.
