  1. Soften butter at room temperature, add fine sugar and beat until white in color and fluffy.

  2. Add the egg liquid in at least 4 batches, beating thoroughly after each batch before adding the next batch to avoid separation of water and oil.

  4. Sift the low-gluten flour, baking powder and milk powder into the butter and stir evenly.

  5. Place a piece of oil paper on the bottom of the toast box to prevent leakage. Put the batter into a non-stick toast box. There is no need to smooth it, it will flatten out on its own when baked.

  6. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for about 45 minutes.
