Soften butter at room temperature, add fine sugar and beat until white in color and fluffy.

Add the egg liquid in at least 4 batches, beating thoroughly after each batch before adding the next batch to avoid separation of water and oil.

Add milk and mix well?

Sift the low-gluten flour, baking powder and milk powder into the butter and stir evenly.

Place a piece of oil paper on the bottom of the toast box to prevent leakage. Put the batter into a non-stick toast box. There is no need to smooth it, it will flatten out on its own when baked.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Slice and serve.
