One potato, washed and grated, soaked in water to remove the starch. (Wash it twice more so it won’t stick to the pan when frying)

Separate the fat and lean pork, shred it, cut the green onion into long sections, and set aside dried chili.

Set aside the sand tea seasoning packet.

Wash and remove shredded potatoes.

Add the fat to the pan and fry over low heat.

After frying almost, add a little bit of blended oil.

Sauté the dried chilies over high heat until fragrant.

Add pork shreds and stir-fry until white.

Add shredded potatoes and stir-fry.

Pour in appropriate amount of sand tea and a little salt, stir well.

Add a little water and bring to a boil.

Finally add the green onions and mix well.
