Peel the tomatoes and blanch them in hot water (about 80°). They will peel easily; chop them into small pieces

Chop the onion and mince the garlic

Add an appropriate amount of oil, heat it up, add onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add chopped tomatoes and stir-fry as shown in the picture above; add an appropriate amount of salt, and add sugar before serving. Place in an airtight jar and refrigerate.
