Beat 500g of peeled lotus root + 50g of glutinous rice + 850g of water into lotus root powder using a wall breaking machine.

Add 500g flour and 125g sugar and mix into a paste.

Add 50g sugar osmanthus and mix evenly.

Brush the mold with oil and pour the paste. Steam over high heat for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, take it out and let it cool to demold.

Cut into pieces and sprinkle with sugar osmanthus.
