Homemade yogurt
Overview
Seeing many friends showing off their own fermented yogurt, my heart was ready to move again, but the old man had told me that he didn't like yogurt, so he never tried it. This time, I didn't care whether he would eat it or not. After doing it, the first time it failed because I didn't buy the right yogurt, but the second time I changed the yogurt and it was successful. It solidified very well, which is great!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare raw materials. Try to choose plain yogurt without added thickeners
-
Pour the milk into the milk pot, add sugar, bring to a boil over low heat and then turn off the heat
-
When the milk has cooled to 30-40 degrees, pour in the yogurt, stir evenly, pour into a suitable container and seal with a lid
-
Put the milk into the oven and select the fermentation setting. Because the temperature of the fermentation setting in my oven is relatively high, the oven is half-open and the yogurt will have solidified after 3 hours of fermentation. It tastes better after being refrigerated
