Steps
-
Cut the ribs into small pieces. It is best to choose fine ribs, which are easier to chew.
-
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, then add the ribs. I usually cook it for forty minutes so that the ribs can absorb the flavor easily.
-
After the ribs are cooked, take them out and put them into a bowl. At the same time, keep some soup for cooking the ribs. I did not pack them separately for convenience.
-
For the seasonings used to make the pork ribs, add the light soy sauce, cooking wine, balsamic vinegar, and brown sugar to the spare ribs soup you just reserved, stir evenly and set aside.
-
Put a little oil in the pot. When the oil temperature rises, add the ribs and fry for a while. The skin of the ribs will be slightly dry. (Pork ribs can also be fried before proceeding to the next step to better absorb the juice)
-
Pour the prepared pork rib soup into the pot and cook until the soup is dry. Add white sesame seeds and mix well before serving. (If you want the finished product to have a sticky soup, add more brown sugar, and don’t make the juice so dry)
-
This is the finished product. It’s sour and sweet and delicious. It’s gone as soon as it’s ready and served.
