Overview
Most ways to eat green corn are boiled corn or roasted corn. If you eat it differently, it will be special. This original polenta is made from green corn, and its fragrant taste is particularly attractive.

Peel and wash the green corn. Use a grater to grind the corn kernels into thick corn syrup.

Rubbed corn syrup.

Put appropriate amount of water into the pot. and corn steep liquor 1:1 or 2:1. After boiling, add corn syrup.

Add an appropriate amount of white sugar (you can also omit it, depending on your preference.) Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly.
