Golden Fried Milk
Overview
The first time I heard about fried milk, I was confused, what? Fresh milk? To fry? Did you hear that right? Milk has always been used for drinking. How can this liquid be fried? Later, I finally tasted fried fresh milk. Well, it was really delicious. It was golden and crispy on the outside, tender and delicious on the inside, and had a strong milk flavor. I have to admire the wisdom of our working people, it is really amazing. Generally, fried milk is made with glutinous rice flour or corn starch. This time I switched to tapioca flour. The fried milk I made was QQ bombs, duangduang, duang... it can also be stringy~~ Fried milk must be deep-fried, but considering that frying consumes too much oil and has high calories, I changed it to roasting, and the taste is not much different.
