Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and beat the eggs.

First fry the eggs in the oil pan.

Add tomatoes and stir-fry.

Sauté until slightly juicy.

Pour in boiling water and simmer tomato red soup over medium heat.

While the tomato soup is cooking, cook the noodles in a separate pot.

Boil the soup until the tomatoes are soft.

Pour in the eggs and use a spatula to break up small chunks.

Sandwich the cooked noodles into the tomato and egg soup.

Cook for two minutes, let the noodles fully absorb the soup, and add a little salt.
