Winter Nougat Battle - Cranberry Nougat
Overview
It’s the nougat season again, so I received the Zhanyi Baking Nougat Set to try out, and I was extremely excited. Nougat has marshmallow version, maltose version, protein powder version, etc., but I still like the marshmallow version of Kuaishou’s never-fail formula. Let’s bake together with Zhan Yi.

Prepare ingredients and chop dried cranberries. Zhanyi’s marshmallows are so fragrant, and the dried cranberries are tender and large

Melt butter in pan over medium heat. When fine bubbles still appear, pour in the marshmallows and stir-fry with a spatula.

Stir the marshmallows to melt and completely combine with the butter, then turn off the heat. Add the prepared milk powder and stir evenly.

Continue adding the chopped dried cranberries and stirring or stirring constantly.

Stir until the sugar, powder, and dry ingredients are all combined and thickened.

Pour the sugar liquid into Zhanyi’s nougat shaping plate

Cover the surface with oil paper and use Zhanyi's rolling pin to shape it flat. While it's still warm, refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting into pieces.
