Milk and oil-free toast
Overview
It’s been a while since I bought the oven, but I didn’t have time to use it. Today I have a break and I can finally try it. I searched online and found an oil-free one! This is my first time making it and I don’t know if it’s a success or not, but the taste is still acceptable

Steps
-
All materials are mixed and ravaged in various ways, and this film comes out! A little different from glove film!
-
After a little bit of film came out, it became a full circle (I was lazy)
-
Place the lid of the yogurt machine with a damp cloth and turn on the rice wine stall to ferment
-
When fermentation reaches 2.5 times in size, remove the exhaust gas
-
Divide into 3 equal parts and let rest for 20 minutes
-
Roll the dough into an oval
-
Roll up
-
Put it into the toast box (ignoring the shape, it’s my first time making it and needs improvement) (one of them is filled with red bean paste)
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and heat the upper and lower layers for 40-45 minutes
-
Ferment again until eighty percent full, brush the surface with egg wash
-
After taking it out of the oven, let it cool down and put it in a plastic bag for storage (it doesn’t look good)

This is the internal tissue after cutting! I don’t know if it’s considered a success?
