Milk and oil-free toast

Overview

It’s been a while since I bought the oven, but I didn’t have time to use it. Today I have a break and I can finally try it. I searched online and found an oil-free one! This is my first time making it and I don’t know if it’s a success or not, but the taste is still acceptable

Steps

  1. All materials are mixed and ravaged in various ways, and this film comes out! A little different from glove film!

  2. After a little bit of film came out, it became a full circle (I was lazy)

  3. Place the lid of the yogurt machine with a damp cloth and turn on the rice wine stall to ferment

  4. When fermentation reaches 2.5 times in size, remove the exhaust gas

  5. Divide into 3 equal parts and let rest for 20 minutes

  6. Roll the dough into an oval

  7. Roll up

  8. Put it into the toast box (ignoring the shape, it’s my first time making it and needs improvement) (one of them is filled with red bean paste)

  9. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and heat the upper and lower layers for 40-45 minutes

  10. Ferment again until eighty percent full, brush the surface with egg wash

  11. After taking it out of the oven, let it cool down and put it in a plastic bag for storage (it doesn’t look good)

  12. This is the internal tissue after cutting! I don’t know if it’s considered a success?
