Have materials ready.

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.

Put the egg whites in the pot and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.

Cut the ginger into millet grains, put vinegar, sugar, salt and ginger in a bowl and mix well.

Cut the steamed egg whites into small cubes.

Heat the pan and add oil. Heat 50% of the oil, add the egg yolk and use chopsticks to pull it into a paste.
