Ingredients: 1 large baby cabbage, 5ml baby soy sauce, 1g salt, appropriate amount of vegetable oil

Wash and cut baby cabbage

Wash the baby cabbage with a cutter and blanch it in cold water

Cook for 5 minutes

Drain the water and transfer to a plate.

Heat vegetable oil in a pot, pour in soy sauce and salt, and pour the sauce on top of the baby cabbage.
