Cut the eggplant into pieces, kill it with salt for 10 minutes, and then squeeze out the water;

Add a little oil. After the oil is hot, add the eggplant and no other seasonings. Stir fry.

After the eggplant changes color slightly, add the fried lean meat and continue to stir-fry.

When it comes out of the pan, add tomatoes and peppers and stir-fry. Ready to serve.

Stir-fry for 1 minute and remove from the pan.

Remove from pan and place on plate. Don't add any seasonings just for this natural taste.
