Corn flour steamed buns
Overview
A very simple steamed bun, the addition of cornmeal is also good for your health. The elderly and children can eat it, but the taste is not so healthy after adding yeast.

Steps
-
Mix cornmeal, white flour (3:1) and yeast, and knead it into a dough that is moderately soft and hard and does not spread easily
-
Let it rise for about 40 minutes (because whole grains are not easy to ferment, so yeast is added just to improve the taste, and yeast can be omitted)
-
Knead into a steamed bun shape
-
Put it into a steamer with a little oil (because I used a rice cooker because I didn’t cook much, you can also use a steamer)
-
Cover the lid and steam for fifteen minutes. After simmering for five minutes, you can take it out of the pot
-
Cornmeal is a whole grain, and eating it in moderation is very beneficial to the body
