Durian cake
Overview
Durian~ Some people avoid it, but for some people, this delicacy is their favorite. A big bowl of meat was peeled out of a durian, but the elderly and children at home refused to eat it. I was the only one to consume it. It was too much, so I followed others and made durian cakes. Unexpectedly, the elderly and children were willing to eat durian cakes~~

Crush the durian flesh with a spoon.

Stack 2 Indian flatbreads on top of each other and sprinkle with a thin layer of flour to prevent them from sticking.

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangular shape and cut it into square pieces with a knife.

Lightly brush the sides of the dough sheet with egg wash.

Put an appropriate amount of durian meat in the middle.

Fold the dough sheet in half.

Pressing the edges with a fork will make it look better.

The prepared durian cake is placed on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and placed in a preheated oven at 190 degrees.
