I have eaten many kinds of kimchi, and this is the freshest and most refreshing kimchi I have ever tasted. I found the taste of Dicos back then, and I want to share it with everyone.

Prepare all ingredients

Crush and wash the cabbage by hand, do not cut it with a knife (choose cabbage with pointed ends, not round ones)
