Wash the eggs, put them into a pot of cold water and cook for 5 minutes. Then remove the eggs and pour away the water.

Take out the eggs and rinse them with cold water. Crack the egg shells and put them in the cooking pot for later use.

Adjust the marinade juice in a ratio of 1:4 (juice 1 water 4) and pour it into the pot to cover the ingredients.

Simmer over low heat for half an hour. (If you want more flavor, you can soak it overnight and cook it for five minutes the next day.)

It tastes the same as the braised eggs sold outside~
