Toon sprout egg cake

The toon sprouts that you pickle yourself can be eaten directly as pickles, or you can use eggs and flour to make egg pancakes. It’s still a good breakfast!

1. 1 Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and mix well

3. 3 Mix well

   

4. 4 Chop the toon sprouts into pieces and add to the egg batter

   

5. 5 Mix well

   

6. 6 Pour a little oil into a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, pour in the egg batter and spread evenly

   

7. 7 Fry both sides until lightly browned and cooked
