Turkish Rice Pudding
Overview
It is said that rice pudding is a Turkish delicacy. In fact, it is a thick milk porridge cooked with rice and milk. However, cooking it with rice is too time-consuming. You can just use leftover rice to make the same fragrant and thick porridge. There is white rice or gold and silver rice, so that doesn’t matter. The rice has added sugar, and the pure milk has its own sweetness, which is light and enough.
