Wash the taro and peel off the skin.

If the taro is too large, it is recommended to cut it into small pieces first. If the taro is peeled, try to make it into a round shape. Then steam the taro for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, chop pepper and stir-fry until the color of pepper oil appears.

Put the steamed taro into the pot and stir-fry with the chopped peppers. Add some water and simmer for a while to make the taro more delicious. Add salt and light soy sauce to taste.

Sprinkle in chopped green onion before serving.
