Overview

What I’m making this time is a noodle dish, which I imitated from Haiyang Moon. It’s the first time I’ve made such a beautiful noodle dish, and added my own modifications. Haha, I’m still so good at it. Please give me your advice. I originally made it years ago, but I didn’t have time to post it until now, hehe.

1. 1 Prepare the dough and knead it into the shape of the picture. Then make the body of the peacock.

   

2. 2 Roll the dough into thin strips, arrange them into a fan shape, press the gathered end with your fingers, and make two or three more strips according to the picture, the sizes should be different.

   

3. 3 Press what you just made on the peacock according to the picture.

   

4. 4 Take a little dough and press it into an oval shape. You can also use scissors to modify it into an oval shape. Use a knife to stamp on the flattened dough as shown in the picture. Doesn't it look a bit like a feather? Haha, I made it into wings, two of them.

   

5. 5 Glue the finished wings to both sides.

   

6. 6 Glue the fan-shaped feathers you just made on top.

   

7. 7 Glue the feathers you just made to the peacock according to size.

   

8. 8 This is glued, adjust the feathers a little and raise them a little.

   

9. 9 Make a round dough and cut it into the shape of the picture with scissors. You can also use a knife to press it into feathers. You also need to make two or three for this.

   

10. 10 This one is also cut. Cut the prepared pumpkin into ovals of different sizes and cut them according to the shape of the picture.

    

11. 11 Make more, and use a knife to press the large and small patterns on it.

    

12. 12 This is the roughly assembled tail.

    

13. 13 These are the feathers we just made. Put them together as shown in the picture.

    

14. 14 Glue the prepared sesame seeds on to make the eyes and the small red peppers to make the mouth.

    

15. 15 Use scissors to cut the crown on the peacock's head into three halves. Doesn't it look like a peacock's crown? Make another one according to the same method just now, so you have a pair. Haha, just decorate the plate according to the picture.
